Responsibilities:

As the Educational Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading the curriculum development and ensuring that our programs align with the highest standards set by the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Your primary responsibilities will include developing, mentoring, and guiding our staff to deliver quality programs that cater to the developmental needs of children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive and high-quality curriculum that fosters children’s holistic development in line with the principles and practices of the EYLF.

Position Summary: As the Nominated Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our new service. With a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role, you will oversee all aspects of the service’s operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering a positive learning environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to our team of educators, promoting a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices to maintain high standards of care and education.
