1. Book a Tour

Seeing is believing – we always recommend starting with a centre tour.

  • Submit a Book a Tour request via our website.
  • Our Centre Director will call you within 1 business day to arrange a time that works for you.
  • Ahead of your visit, you’ll receive a helpful reminder text of your tour booking.

During your visit, you’ll meet our dedicated educators, explore our learning environments, and get a feel for our warm, nurturing atmosphere.

Before you leave, we’ll gift you a Discovery Pack with everything you need to know about our programs, inclusions, and enrolment.

2. Decide if We’re the Right Fit

If we don’t hear from you right away, we’ll follow up two days after your tour to hear your thoughts and answer any questions.

If you’re ready to enrol, we’ll guide you through the next steps with care and clarity.

3. Start the Enrolment Process

Once you’re ready to join us, we’ll email you:

  • Our Enrolment Checklist, so you know exactly what information is needed
  • A link to complete your OWNA enrolment form online

To complete the enrolment form, you’ll need:

  • Your child’s birth certificate or passport
  • Medicare card
  • Current Immunisation History Statement (available through MyGov or Medicare)
  • Emergency contact details
  • Details of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements
  • Your and your child’s CRN (Customer Reference Number) from Centrelink, if applying for Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

If we haven’t received your form within two days, we’ll follow up with a quick check-in to offer support.

4. Need Help with Child Care Subsidy (CCS)?

The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) can help reduce the cost of care for eligible families. Our team is here to help you understand your entitlements and support you through the application process.

Here’s how to apply:

  1. Log in to MyGov and link your Centrelink account.
  2. Complete your CCS application.
  3. Provide us with both your CRN and your child’s CRN so we can confirm your enrolment.
Approvals can take up to six weeks, so we recommend starting the application early.

To learn more, visit Services Australia – Child Care Subsidy.

We’ll also provide this information in your Discovery Pack and can answer any questions along the way.

How to enrol

5. Pay Your Enrolment Fee and Bond

To secure your child’s place, a one-time enrolment fee of $75 is payable at the time of enrolment. This fee helps us reserve your child’s position within the centre.

You will also be required to pay a $300 bond, which acts as a safeguard to cover any outstanding fees should they occur. This bond is refundable in accordance with our enrolment terms and conditions.

Once both the enrolment form and payments are received, your child’s place will be confirmed.

6. Prepare for Your First Day

Once enrolment is confirmed, we’ll be in touch with everything you need to feel confident about your child’s first day — from daily routines to what to bring. You’ll also have a chance to chat with educators about your child’s individual needs and preferences.

What to pack:

  • A labelled water bottle
  • Spare clothes
